Essity Amérique du Nord, au sein de son organisation globale de production, recherche actuellement un Responsable Ressources Humaines pour son usine de Drummondville, Québec. Le ou la Responsable Ressources Humaines est un membre clé de l’équipe de direction du site. Cette personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction afin d’aligner les stratégies organisationnelles et RH sur les besoins opérationnels à court et à long terme, ainsi que sur l’ensemble des enjeux liés au personnel. Le rôle consiste à soutenir et piloter la stratégie RH du site en fournissant un accompagnement pratique, cohérent et proactif auprès des leaders, gestionnaires et employés de l’usine de Drummondville concernant les procédures, politiques, bonnes pratiques, avantages sociaux et obligations légales, afin d’assurer l’alignement et l'atteinte des objectifs de l’entreprise. Le ou la Responsable Ressources Humaines agira également comme référent(e) local(e) en matière de conformité et jouera un rôle central dans le développement continu d’une culture de travail performante au sein du site de Drummondville

Responsabilités:

  • Gérer les relations avec les employés et avec l'administration des RH conformément à la politique de l'entreprise et aux diverses exigences de conformité réglementaire
  • Gérer l'administration et la coordination du système de la paie et des récompenses justes et équitables qui servent à attirer, motiver et retenir les employés les plus qualifiés dont la diversité est représentée à tous les niveaux et fonctions de l'organisation
  • Employer une approche tactique et stratégique du rôle des ressources humaines pour le site, en maintenant des relations étroites et de coopération avec les RH et le personnel de Drummondville
  • Être mesure de déceler les forces externes et internes qui auront des impacts significatifs sur l'efficacité et l'efficience futures de l'organisation
  • Comprendre les opérations commerciales, les produits et les services, la manière dont l’organisation est concurrentielle, les problèmes actuels et futurs auxquels l'organisation est confrontée, les plans à court et à long terme et les systèmes de culture et de valeur ayant des impacts sur l'efficacité organisationnelle
  • Percevoir les opportunités RH afin de fournir des services et des programmes à valeur ajoutée pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise
  • Rechercher des opportunités, identifier les problématiques qui peuvent avoir des impacts importants sur l'organisation et prendre des décisions rapides et judicieuses afin de maximiser l'efficacité
  • À titre de membre de l’équipe de direction, la personne jouera un rôle clé dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de stratégies visant à renforcer les talents, les compétences et la performance organisationnelle
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de gestion des talents, incluant l’identification, l’évaluation et le développement des collaborateurs clés
  • Concevoir et déployer des programmes de développement des compétences alignés aux besoins actuels et futurs de l’entreprise
  • Soutenir les gestionnaires dans l’identification des besoins en compétences et dans la mise en place de plans de développement individuels et collectifs
  • Piloter les initiatives de gestion de la relève et les plans de succession
  • Mettre en place des outils d’évaluation des compétences, de cartographie des talents et d’analyse des besoins organisationnels
  • Développer des parcours de formation, programmes de leadership et initiatives d’apprentissage continu
  • Participer à l'élaboration et au maintien du plan d'action annuel déterminé
  • Diriger et coordonner la conformité avec ce plan
  • Coordonner ce plan avec ceux des autres entités de l'organisation
  • S'assurer que le site est conforme à toutes les réglementations relatives à l’accès à l’égalité en emploi et aux ressources humaine
  • Diriger et coordonner l'amélioration continue de tous les processus de ressources humaines afin d’améliorer l'efficacité et les services aux employés tout en équilibrant les coûts totaux
  • Collaborer avec le personnel et la direction d'Essity pour établir et affiner les processus de RH
  • Aider le département à trouver un équilibre entre les systèmes centralisés et décentralisés pour soutenir l'organisation en évolution
  • Servir de facilitateur pour s'assurer que les processus sont continuellement améliorés et maintenus
  • Fournir des conseils et une interprétation de la politique RH aux employés et aux gestionnaires de Drummondville. Identifier les pistes d'amélioration des politiques et consulter l'équipe de direction des RH du pays
  • Aider l'organisation d’activités pour les employés et d’activités sociales avec la communauté et le public
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes

Exigences:

  • Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe, requis
  • Minimum de cinq (5) à sept (7) ans d’expérience en gestion des ressources humaines, requis
  • Expérience préalable dans un environnement manufacturier
  • Solide expertise en ressources humaines dans toutes les facettes de la fonction, y compris les relations de travail, la dotation, la rémunération, les avantages sociaux, le développement organisationnel et la formation, le conseil et l’accompagnement internes, les systèmes d’information et la conformité réglementaire
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et de représentation
  • Approche proactive, collaborative et axée sur les résultats
  • Être bilingue anglais-français
