Point de contact privilégié du siège européen pour toutes les problématiques liées aux ressources humaines pour les collaborateurs français et belges. Des déplacements hebdomadaires sont à prévoir sur l’autre bureau.

Responsabilités:

  • Être le premier point de contact pour toutes les questions liées aux RH pour les employés et le CSE, en apportant des conseils sur les politiques en vigueur, les relations sociales et les sujets RH du quotidien
  • Gérer les recrutements internes
  • Superviser la préparation et la gestion de la paie (paie externalisée), en garantissant l’exactitude et le respect de toutes les obligations légales
  • Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vie des employés : rédaction des contrats de travail et avenants, tenue des dossiers du personnel, gestion des onboarding et offboarding, et garantie du respect des exigences en matière de protection des données
  • Adapter et mettre en œuvre les politiques RH de l’entreprise aux marchés français et belge, en assurant leur conformité avec le droit du travail local, les conventions collectives, la sécurité sociale, la fiscalité, la santé et la sécurité, ainsi que les exigences assurantielles
  • Fournir des conseils d’expert sur ces sujets aux employés et aux managers
  • Contribuer aux projets régionaux et RH, tels que la mise en place d’un SIRH, l’harmonisation des processus et le déploiement de nouveaux avantages
  • Jouer un rôle actif dans le développement d’une culture de travail positive, inclusive et performante, en soutenant les initiatives de bien-être et de développement des employés

Exigences:

  • Diplômé d’Ecole de Commerce ou d’Université
  • A partir de minimum 6 ans d’expérience sur des fonctions généralistes, au sein d’une structure internationale en France ou en Belgique
  • Bonne connaissance du droit du travail français et expérience des réglementations en matière de sécurité sociale et des domaines connexes
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation, d'écoute et de communication, ainsi qu’une bonne autonomie et une faculté à solutionner les problèmes
  • Excellentes connaissances et compréhension d’Office minimum 365
  • Anglais courant obligatoire

  • Amélioration continue des processus RH : identifier les points de friction, proposer et mettre en œuvre des optimisations pour renforcer l’efficacité et la qualité.
  • Gestion des dossiers prévoyance et santé : assurer le suivi des adhésions, des sinistres et des relations avec les organismes partenaires.
  • Administration des avantages sociaux : tickets restaurant, épargne salariale, assurances
  • Support à l’onboarding : garantir la bonne intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs en coordonnant les étapes administratives.
  • Suivi des effectifs : gérer les données pour un périmètre d’environ 500 collaborateurs, en assurant la mise à jour et la fiabilité des informations.
  • Reporting et indicateurs RH : produire des analyses régulières pour le suivi des activités et contribuer à la prise de décision.
  • Veille réglementaire et conformité : s’assurer que les pratiques respectent la législation sociale française et les politiques internes.
