Responsabilités:

  • Processing HR administrative processes for external employees (work certificates, work permits, family allowances, etc.)
  • Drafting HR letters and documents in French, and also in German, English and Italian according to knowledge
  • Telephone and written contact with subsidiaries, external employees and various offices
  • Preferred contact for subsidiaries for questions on administrative topics
  • Providing replacement for other team members in case of absence
  • Requesting information from employees and informing them if necessary

  • Completed initial commercial training or similar
