Experience hiring for intern, co-op, or early careers roles
Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously

Responsabilités

Manage full-cycle recruitment for intern and co-op roles across Canada and the US
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, selection criteria, and structured interview plans
Lead intake meetings and help shape recruitment strategy for early careers hiring
Source and attract early talent through university partnerships, campus programs, job boards, talent platforms, and internal pipelines
Review and assess candidates to build strong, diverse shortlists
Coordinate high-volume interview processes and ensure an excellent experience for all candidates
Ensure compliance with Canadian and US job posting requirements, including pay transparency and sponsorship language
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations and HR on offers, onboarding, and hiring documentation
Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and pipeline health
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of early careers hiring programs and processes
