Chez Theodo HealthTech, l’entité experte en santé, nous accompagnons tous les acteurs de la santé dans le développement des dispositifs médicaux digitaux sur-mesure. Grâce à notre expérience du Lean et de la tech, combinées à notre connaissance de la santé, nous concevons et développons des dispositifs médicaux numériques qui s’intègrent dans le parcours de soins des patients (thérapies digitales - DTx, essais cliniques virtualisés, parcours de soins digitalisés). Notre but est de réaliser des produits qui changent la vie de leurs utilisateurs, qu’ils soient soignants ou patients.

  • Manager les Product Managers
  • Garantir la satisfaction client
  • Identifier les opportunités d’aider le client sur d’autres de ses problématiques

Exigences

  • Issu d'une école d'ingénieur
  • +5 ans d'expériences pro dont au moins 4 ans en produit sur des postes de Senior PM / LPM / Head of product, en start up ou société de service
  • Expérience réussie dans des agences tech spécialisées en gestion de projet (Octo, Accenture, Fabernovel, Artefact, Les Tilleuls...)
  • A déjà managé
  • A déjà parlé à des clients du top management de grands groupes

  • Develop strategy and tactics for an integrated Medical Plan (Medical Science Liaisons, Medical Education, Medical Communications and Publications, Health Outcomes, Safety, and Clinical Research including Phase IIIB-IV and Investigator Sponsored Trials) and annual budget for assigned Dermatology products
  • Execute the Integrated Medical Plan to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all tactical activities and deliverables
  • Communicate the details and Progress of the Medical Plan to Management, the Core Team, and all parties responsible for execution
  • Provide relevant data evidence to ensure that strategy is clearly defined and consistent with clinical development and commercial strategic objectives
  • Support the generation and communication of scientific and medical insights to internal stakeholders, develop/execute strategic and tactical Medical Engagement Plans
  • Provide impactful medical strategy and expertise to Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory partners
  • Ensure strategic and cross-functional alignment across the organization and any joint ventures to achieve the medical mission of supporting safe and appropriate use of Dermatology products, cultivating a culture of teamwork and collaboration to ensure the delivery of key priorities
  • Provide medical leadership and expertise to sales, marketing, legal, and regulatory functions for marketed products and drugs in development
  • Pro-actively provide guidance and collaborate with field team, marketing, HEVA, Market Access, and sales teams

  • Be subject matter experts on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance and alternative funding options provided by our Patient Support Program
  • Act as a point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay), and communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to lead Dupixent pull through efforts assisting the ABM as appropriate
  • Support field in education of office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes, reimbursement support through Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs and financial assistance programs
  • Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent
  • Establish and maintain knowledge on the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for Dupixent
