Diriger notre équipe Guest Experience au sein de notre Designer Outlet McArthurGlen Roubaix. En raison de la nature du poste, celui-ci est basé sur site. Votre semaine de travail comprend quatre jours à l’accueil des invités et une journée en back-office. Ce poste exige une présence sur site tous les samedis.

Responsabilités:

  • Encadrer et motiver les équipes internes et externes : Conseillers en expérience client
  • Salon visiteurs
  • Concierges / hôtesses
  • Prestataires de services (parking premium, achats « mains libres »)
  • Assurer une expérience client irréprochable, conforme aux standards McArthurGlen
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance liée à la satisfaction et à la rentabilité
  • Innover et enrichir les services proposés en anticipant les tendances du marché
  • Recruter, former et développer les talents de votre équipe
  • Collaborer avec les autres départements pour garantir la mise en œuvre des activités clés
  • Assurer des permanences en tant que Duty Manager (y compris certains week-ends)
  • Respecter les politiques internes et les normes santé, sécurité et environnement

Exigences:

  • Passion pour l’excellence et le service client
  • Expérience confirmée en management d’équipes orientées client
  • Solide expérience opérationnelle dans un environnement premium (retail, hôtellerie, événementiel)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication à tous les niveaux
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais
  • Capacité à anticiper, résoudre les problèmes et atteindre les objectifs

Souhaitable:

  • Une autre langue est un atout
  • Expérience dans l’hôtellerie, l’aérien ou un secteur similaire est fortement appréciée
