Responsabilités
Pilot your portfolio with a partner-advisory approach (~1200 units): Create a relationship of trust, transparency and collaboration with the members of the Board of Directors, the co-owners
as well as with suppliers and service providers
Enhance condominiums: participate in contract renegotiation and the search for quotes, and anticipate needs for DPE/energy renovation/multi-year work plan, with the support of Matera experts
Prepare and hold AGMs in person or by videoconference while respecting legal deadlines, then apply the decisions voted at the AGM
Develop the Matera Local offer: Product Feedback: You are the number 1 user of our software. You work hand in hand with our Tech & Product teams to automate time-consuming tasks and improve the tool according to your business needs
Collaborate with the Legal and Works expertise departments to resolve complex problems
Develop internal projects: training new hires, creating content for the team or for clients, optimizing and harmonizing internal processes, etc.
Exigences
At least 2 years of experience in the field of condominium management
Good understanding of condominium accounting
Good legal and technical knowledge
Customer satisfaction is central to your actions, you are responsive, pedagogical, proactive and know how to provide solutions
You are organized and know how to prioritize emergencies, and meet deadlines
You have good communication and are comfortable speaking
You have a good team spirit and the desire to participate in the launch and growth of a new offer
You have a B driver's license and a vehicle.
