Responsabilités
Pilot your portfolio with a partner-advisor approach (~1200 lots): create a trusting, transparent, and collaborative relationship with the Condominium Council members, co-owners, as well as suppliers and service providers
Enhance the condominiums: participate in contract renegotiation and quote research, and anticipate needs for DPE/energy renovation/multi-year work plan, with the support of Matera experts
Prepare and hold AGMs in person or by video while respecting legal deadlines, then apply the decisions voted at the AGM
Develop the Matera Local offering: Product Feedback: You are the number 1 user of our software. You work hand in hand with our Tech & Product teams to automate time-consuming tasks and improve the tool according to your business needs
Collaborate with the Legal and Works expertise departments to solve complex problems
Develop internal projects: training new hires, creating content for the team or for clients, optimizing and harmonizing internal processes, etc.
Exigences
At least 2 years of experience in the property management sector
Good understanding of property accounting
Good legal and technical knowledge
Customer satisfaction is central to your actions
You are responsive, pedagogical, anticipatory, and know how to provide solutions
You are organized and know how to prioritize emergencies and meet deadlines
You have good communication skills and are comfortable speaking
You have a good team spirit and the desire to participate in the launch and growth of a new offering
You have a B driver's license and are vehicle-equipped.
