Le poste d'employé(e) polyvalent(e) recouvre une large gamme de tâches liées au site Éditions. Vous serez responsable du bon déroulement des opérations : gérer la zone de dispatch des plats de manière rapide et efficace, faire le lien avec tous les restaurants partenaires pour livrer les plats en respectant nos KPI, répondre aux réclamations client au téléphone en utilisant notre processus d'escalade interne et prendre toutes les initiatives nécessaires pour garantir un parcours client réussi. L'un des critères de ce poste est votre capacité à endosser tous les rôles sur le site.

Responsabilités:

  • Gérer le dispatch : remise des plats aux livreurs, gestion des réclamations client, contacts avec les cuisines et les livreurs pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes
  • Être à l'aise avec le fonctionnement d'une cuisine pour intervenir auprès de multiples partenaires
  • Vérifier que le site respecte les règles HACCP et de sécurité alimentaire
  • Collaborer avec le Site Manager et l'Assistant Manager pour garantir une haute qualité de service
  • Assurer l'ouverture et/ou la fermeture du site
  • Réaliser chaque jour des contrôles sur la sécurité alimentaire et signaler tout problème au responsable du site et au restaurant partenaire

Exigences:

  • Expérience d’1 an en restauration souhaitée
  • Excellente communication, à la fois écrite et orale
  • Capacité à anticiper et à prendre des initiatives
  • Formation premiers secours souhaitée (formation fournie si besoin)
  • Formation sécurité incendie souhaitée (formation fournie si besoin)
  • Formation en sécurité alimentaire souhaitée (formation fournie si besoin)
  • Anglais souhaité
