Responsabilités:

  • Manager une équipe de vente
  • Assurer l’alignement avec l’équipe concernant le déploiement de la stratégie Polène
  • Animer l'équipe afin de favoriser la collaboration et le sentiment d’appartenance
  • Définir, fédérer et motiver les actions prioritaires de développement individuel des compétences
  • Identifier les réussites et axes d'amélioration de l’équipe et mener les plans d’actions associés
  • Réaliser le planning de votre secteur
  • Piloter une activité
  • Suivre les indicateurs clés de vente
  • Animer chaque jour des morning briefs
  • Centraliser et assurer la remontée des informations terrains utiles au développement des ventes
  • Offrir à notre clientèle une excellence de service
  • Être le garant des ouvertures / fermetures du point de vente
  • Suivre le merchandising de la boutique
  • Veiller au respect de toutes les procédures, normes de sécurité, exigences internes et disposition légales
  • Être ambassadeur de la Maison Polène
  • Faire des retours qualitatifs et quantitatifs réguliers sur le trafic et la typologie client
  • Prendre en charge tout type de contentieux
  • Assurer le traitement et le suivi des litiges/SAV

Exigences:

  • Au contact d’une clientèle haut de gamme et internationale depuis au moins 4 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du luxe et/ou de la maroquinerie
  • A déjà managé une équipe entre 5 et 10 personnes
  • Forte sensibilité pour nos produits, le savoir-faire et l’artisanat maroquinier
  • S’intègre facilement dans une équipe et a un réel esprit collaboratif et d’entraide
  • D'un naturel avenant et possède une aisance relationnelle naturelle
  • Sens très aigu du service, rigueur, proactivité et grand sens du détail
  • Beaucoup d’autonomie et d’une grande capacité d’adaptation
  • Dynamisme à toute épreuve
  • Capable de délivrer une expérience remarquable à notre clientèle très exigeante, aussi bien en français qu’en anglais

Souhaitable:
