at least 5 years of experience in operational maintenance, including supervision of technical teams
Excellent collaboration skills
Mastery of computer management tools, particularly CMMS and ERP software
Knowledge of issues related to electric vehicles and a strategic vision
Excellent French (C1) and good basics in technical English (B1)
Rigorous organization in the face of climatic or operational emergencies specific to the airport sector.

Responsabilités

Manage a team of 4 mechanics and a Technical Trainer on a daily basis
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance operations for the vehicle fleet
Manage contractual and administrative aspects related to external service providers and monitor framework maintenance contracts
Supervise the snow removal operational system during the winter period as the on-call mechanical reference
Optimize the use of CMMS software ensuring data accuracy
Develop and implement detailed performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze team and subcontractor efficiency
Prepare and monitor operating budgets (OPEX) and investment budgets (CAPEX) for strategic fleet renewal.

Responsabilités

Monitor the aircraft performance of A220 in-service aircraft fleet using data from airlines and suppliers
Support activities to optimize Operational Reliability, Aircraft Availability and Maintenance Cost of the A220 fleet
Conduct in-depth analysis on aircraft systems and components to identify reliability and maintenance cost issues
Lead and support performance metrics discussions with airline, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Support the supplier in-service performance monitoring to track adherence to contractual targets and obligations
Coordinate claims activities related to supplier non-conformances, ensuring adherence to targets and processes
Identify recommendation and/or corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and evaluate their effectiveness on aircraft performance
Set up and create regular and ad-hoc reports on specific airline, systems or components and present to cross-disciplinary team
Create applications using data visualization tools to create new dashboards and reports
Serve as a data governance custodian/delegate to ensure full alignment and adherence to all data privacy regulations, confidentiality and, company policies
