Responsabilités
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with local regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP), as well as internal company policies
Oversee statutory reporting, tax filings, and audit processes, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory requirements
Strengthen internal financial controls and risk‑management frameworks to safeguard compliance and operational integrity
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory institutions
Oversee treasury and cash‑flow management, including banking relationships, liquidity planning, and cash forecasting
Manage local payroll processes and KPI‑based bonus calculations (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Handle HR‑related administrative topics, including health and life insurance programs and internal HR platforms
Monitor and control customer credit limits to mitigate financial risk
Prepare and finalize annual financial statements
Lead the financial planning cycle (annual budget and forecasting), ensuring alignment with regional and corporate objectives. Deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights to support data‑driven decision‑making
Provide in‑depth analysis on cost optimization and pricing models to strengthen profitability and operational efficiency
Continuously monitor key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and present clear recommendations for process and performance improvement
Conduct variance analyses to assess performance against plans and guide corrective actions to enhance results
Manage accruals, including stock valuation and unused paid‑leave provisions
Oversee monthly Group closing activities, including Tagetik reporting (monthly, forecast, budget) and MOR data preparation
Support for commercial decision-making by providing financial data, modelling
Sell in and sell out analytics
Supervising of stock management
Manager the Team (1 Accountant & 2 Logistic Specialists), ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations
Oversee end‑to‑end fixed asset management
Manage the company’s car fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control
Administer and coordinate all corporate insurance policies
Exigences
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred
+7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling, ideally in a multinational environment
Experience in payroll management
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
