Venez rejoindre l’équipe de l’hôtel ROTARY de la marque MGallery. Situé au cœur de Genève, notre hôtel MGallery, établissement 4* supérieur de 95 chambres, incarne l’élégance, le raffinement et l’art de recevoir. Nous plaçons l’humain et l’excellence au centre de nos priorités, aussi bien pour nos hôtes que pour nos équipes. Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons notre Responsable finance et administration afin d’accompagner notre développement et de renforcer la performance de notre organisation.

Responsabilités

  • Participer à l’élaboration des budgets annuels et des Forecasts
  • Élaborer et analyser les rapports financiers mensuels et annuels
  • Conduire les clôtures mensuelles et l’analyse des résultats financiers en coordination avec la direction
  • Sécuriser et optimiser le Chiffre-d’affaires, élaborer les Forecast et budgets
  • Veiller au respect des normes légales, fiscales et des procédures internes Accor
  • Superviser la trésorerie, la facturation, les paiements et le contrôle interne Accor
  • Assurer la gestion administrative générale (contrats, documents officiels, conformité réglementaire)
  • Mettre en œuvre la stratégie RH en cohérence avec la vision et les valeurs du groupe MGallery / La Maison
  • Superviser le cycle complet des ressources humaines : recrutement, intégration, formation, développement et fidélisation des talents
  • Accompagner les managers dans la gestion de leurs équipes et le développement de leurs compétences
  • Assurer un climat de travail harmonieux et motivant
  • Garantir l’application de la législation suisse du travail ainsi que des politiques internes du groupe
  • Piloter les projets La Maison liés à la culture d’entreprise, à l’engagement et au bien-être des collaborateurs

Exigences

  • Formation supérieure en finance, avec un intérêt marqué pour les ressources humaines
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion financière, idéalement au sein du groupe Accor
  • Solides compétences en management, communication et organisation
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
  • Rigueur, sens de la confidentialité et orientation résultats
  • Leadership collaboratif et forte capacité à fédérer
