Responsabilités:

  • Chasse Active & Quotidienne: cibler des restaurants, être constamment sur le terrain, viser minimum 10 Rdvs, pousser un max de portes
  • De la Prosp au Closing: contacter de manière proactive les propriétaires et responsables pour décrocher des rendez-vous, démontrer en direct comment TheFork Manager va révolutionner leur gestion de tables, optimiser leur remplissage et leur simplifier la vie au quotidien
  • Consultant(e) Stratégique: écouter les besoins du restaurateur, mettre en lumière les opportunités uniques qu'offrent notre logiciel et notre vaste réseau de convives, montrer la valeur ajoutée et le ROI
  • Objectif Réussite: assurer un suivi structuré et rigoureux de vos prospects jusqu'à ce que l'accord soit signé et que le restaurant soit publié avec succès en ligne, être responsable de leurs 3 premiers mois de lancement, avec l’appui d’un Account Manager et d’un Customer Product Success

Exigences:

  • Expérience avérée en vente et en développement commercial, idéalement en B2B et/ou dans l'Hôtellerie/Restauration
  • Français courant indispensable
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
  • Maîtrise de suite Google et à l'aise avec les logiciels CRM
  • Compétences persuasives, excellentes capacités d'influence et facilité à connecter avec n’importe qui
  • Organisation hors pair et capacité à prospérer dans un environnement rapide
  • Goût du challenge
  • Amateur/amatrice de gastronomie avec un fort intérêt pour les produits numériques et technologiques
  • Allergique à l’échec, réputé pour vos résultats
  • À l'aise pour conclure des accords lors d'un seul rendez-vous
  • Efficace dans les négociations à court terme
