Chez Sis ID, an Eftsure company, nous aidons les entreprises à sécuriser et fiabiliser leurs processus de paiement, grâce à une plateforme technologique innovante. Notre mission : protéger les entreprises des fraudes, simplifier la vérification fournisseurs et permettre aux organisations de travailler en toute confiance. En tant que Field Marketing Manager, vous jouez un rôle central dans l’accélération de notre croissance. Vous pilotez l’ensemble des actions marketing terrain, alignez Sales & Marketing, optimisez la génération de pipeline et amplifiez notre présence sur le marché ainsi que dans notre écosystème partenaires. Vous encadrez une partie du pôle Marketing (Growth & Events) et contribuez de manière structurante à l’exécution du plan marketing global.

Exigences:

  • Bac +3/5 en Marketing / Communication / Business
  • 4 à 6 ans d’expérience en marketing B2B, idéalement en SaaS ou fintech
  • Maîtrise solide des méthodes d’acquisition et de la construction pipeline
  • Excellente connaissance des outils marketing : HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Connaissance des organisations Sales/GTM et des écosystèmes partenaires
  • Anglais professionnel (C1)
  • Leadership structurant, rigueur, organisation et priorisation
  • Forte orientation business & performance
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à fédérer en transverse

  • Design and deliver B2B and relevant B2C initiatives with clear objectives, timelines, KPIs, and post-activity analysis
  • Strengthen brand presence across digital, social, clinics, events, medical education, and relevant consumer channels
  • Drive KOL, faculty, clinic, and key account engagement in collaboration with Medical Education and field teams
  • Ensure all activities are medically aligned and compliant with regulatory standards for dermal fillers
  • Manage the local digital ecosystem (social media, website, CRM, email, landing pages) and leverage digital and AI tools
  • Lead product launches and campaign execution end-to-end
  • Manage the marketing budget with strong cost control, prioritization, and ROI tracking
