Description du poste:

Dans le cadre de son emploi, l’Assistant Directeur technique assure la maintenance des différents équipements techniques et de sécurité de l’hôtel et participe à sa planification et à son suivi. Il assiste le Directeur technique dans toutes ses tâches et le remplace en son absence. Il est polyvalent, flexible, sait travailler en une équipe composée de personnel encadrant et compétent, et anime une équipe de techniciens, peintres, et métiers tous corps d’état disponibles selon les circonstances que ce soit dans son service ou pour collaborer avec tout autre service dans l’hôtel. Il est sous la responsabilité du Directeur Technique.

Responsabilités:

  • Réalise le budget des investissements en collaboration du DT
  • Conception du CCTP des travaux sous sa responsabilités
  • Consultations des entreprises
  • Anticipe et planifie les travaux qui lui confiés en informant les différents départements
  • Participe et réalise le suivi et la réception des travaux
  • Suivi du capex tout en respectant les budget et qualité exigeante et du planning de chaque projet
  • Suit et réalise le suivi des contrats de maintenance préventif et potentiellement les prestations curatives
  • Prépare des investissements (capex) N+1 en respectant les procédures
  • Maitrise, suit et collabore l’exploitation du quotidien avec l’encadrement technique
  • Assure le suivi administratif dans les délais annoncés (formations, entretiens individuels, pointages hebdomadaire)
  • Participation active du recrutement nécessaire au département
  • Participe active aux réunions internes
  • Réalise les inspections avec la direction tous toutes les zones nobles et back office et réalise le suivi et tiens informés les différentes chefs de service
  • S’assure que l’ensemble des équipes travaille en toute sécurité EPI /Outillages etc.
  • S’assure du suivi des procédures Four Seasons
  • Suivi des audits interne et du groupe FS
  • Suivi des outils monitoring technique mis à disposition
  • Suivi des consommations énergétiques en ligne avec les objectifs de l'établissement et fonction des législations en vigueur
