En tant que Facilities Manager (France), vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour garantir que notre infrastructure physique soit à la hauteur de l'innovation de nos plateformes numériques. Rattaché(e) directement au Responsable Environnement de Travail & Services Généraux (Head of Workplace & Facilities), vous serez responsable de la gestion de la préparation opérationnelle, de la sécurité et de la maintenance de nos sites en France. Vous encadrerez l'équipe et superviserez les services généraux — y compris la maintenance des bâtiments, les espaces verts, les systèmes de sécurité incendie et de contrôle d'accès — tout en gérant des équipes d'intervention dédiées. Basé(e) à Besançon, en France, vous collaborerez avec différentes parties prenantes clés pour veiller à ce que notre environnement de travail soit sûr, efficace et tourné vers l'avenir.

Responsabilités

  • Diriger et développer les équipes de maintenance et des services généraux
  • Définir les orientations techniques et financières pour améliorer le plan de maintenance à long terme
  • Superviser la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques
  • Promouvoir une culture de la sécurité en réalisant des analyses de risques
  • Allouer efficacement les ressources humaines et matérielles
  • Fournir une expertise et des conseils sur les modifications et la faisabilité technique
  • Maintenir une visibilité opérationnelle élevée en développant des tableaux de bord

  • Prépare des investissements (capex) N+1 en respectant les procédures
  • Maitrise, suit et collabore l’exploitation du quotidien avec l’encadrement technique
  • Assure le suivi administratif dans les délais annoncés (formations, entretiens individuels, pointages hebdomadaire)
