Keolis Touraine, a subsidiary of the Keolis group with 250 employees, a major player in passenger transport, is looking for a Passenger Transport Operator F/M as part of increased activity. The position is based in Saint Cyr sur Loire, with a secondary attachment to the Saint Pierre des Corps depot. Opportunity available from April 1, 2026.

Responsabilités

Supervise a team of drivers: daily relationship and support of teams, individual and professional interviews, monitoring, refocusing and corrective actions
Control driver service starts
Participate in the integration of new hires
Present contractual objectives, regulatory obligations, safety rules
Animate the network and guarantee customer relations: first point of contact for Organizing Authorities, report requested information, improvements and anomalies, participate in discussions on deviations, route changes
Manage network data (stops, schedules...)
Report network modifications to the Studies and Methods Office
Validate route changes and inform drivers
Monitor and analyze driver activity: analyze driver accident rates and propose action plans
Perform and supervise driver performance checks
Take into account fleet movements from maintenance and assign vehicles
Communicate quality indicators (punctuality, fuel consumption...) to drivers
Track and process customer complaints and propose corrective actions
Ensure on-call duty for operations
Update schedules on planning software to ensure continuity of transport services

Exigences

Bac +2 / Bac +3 formation
First successful experience in managerial functions ideally in the transport sector
Recognized for customer relationship skills
Ability to unite teams
Sense of responsibility and ability to organize, prioritize tasks
Ability to analyze and propose actions
B driving license mandatory for on-call duty
Possession of D license and FIMO Voyageurs would be a plus
