Within the PME Department and in close collaboration with IT, production, you will contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions allowing the growth of the company.

Responsabilités

Ensure the integration, reliability and scalability of the manufacturing digital ecosystem by bridging Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT), enabling seamless communication between machines, shopfloor systems and enterprise platforms (MES, PLM, ERP, LIMS, etc.)
Act as the technical reference for OT/IT convergence, ensuring that manufacturing equipment, automation systems and digital platforms operate within a coherent and secure architecture aligned with operational needs
Define and maintain the Digital Manufacturing architecture connecting machines, automation systems and enterprise platforms
Specify and standardize interfaces between equipment, SCADA, MES, and enterprise systems
Ensure interoperability across production lines, plants and digital systems
Define standards for machine connectivity, industrial protocols and data acquisition
Ensure reliable and scalable integration of shopfloor equipment into the MES ecosystem
Support integration of new production lines and industrial equipment
Identify and resolve system integration issues affecting production operations
Improve the reliability of production data flows between automation, MES and enterprise systems
Support root cause analysis of incidents linked to OT/IT interfaces
Develop OT/IT integration standards for manufacturing systems across plants
Ensure consistency between industrial engineering, automation, and digital manufacturing architecture
Act as the technical interface between Digital Manufacturing, Automation teams and IT (D2S)
Contribute to system design during new industrial projects or production line deployments.

Exigences

Skills in the following areas: Industrial automation systems (PLC, SCADA)
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Industrial communication protocols (OPC‑UA, Modbus, MQTT, Ethernet/IP)
OT/IT architecture and industrial data integration
Industrial cybersecurity principles
Production data flows and manufacturing systems
System integration and interface specifications
5 to 10 years of experience in industrial automation, manufacturing IT, or OT/IT integration
Experience in an industrial environment (process industry, automotive, battery, chemical, etc.) and/or proven experience integrating machines, MES, and enterprise systems
Engineering degree (industrial engineering, automation, industrial IT, or equivalent)
Specialization in automation, industrial IT, or system integration
Soft skills: autonomy, curiosity, rigor, and a proactive mindset
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to bridge operational teams and IT departments
Structured and systems‑oriented thinking
Proactive approach to operational reliability
Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams
Ability to translate technical topics into operational impact.
