We are recruiting an Expert Methods and Tools to join our Defense & Security Business Unit, within the C2SO Agency (Command, Control and Operational Support) which develops and markets a range of innovative products (Crimson, supervision and command assistance software, Inscape, 3D simulation application publisher) and is responsible for managing very varied projects in the following areas: End-to-end support, hardware integration and deployment, supervision and Safety Condition Maintenance (MCS) for critical Defense, Public Security and industry systems mainly in France. Within the "MCO & Integration" department, attached to the C2SO agency (Command, Control and Operational Support), we carry and ensure support programs for complex systems with high criticality, in a global approach to operational availability related to the LPM 2030.

Responsabilités:

  • Define, structure and maintain Methods & Tools processes related to MCO (documentation, standards, workflows)
  • Lead and deploy continuous improvement actions (Lean, problem solving, maintenance cycle optimization)
  • Support teams (PM, engineering, operations) in the appropriation of internal tools and methodological maturity
  • Develop and industrialize dashboards and performance indicators (MCO KPI, availability, MTBF, MTTR...)
  • Analyze process/tool malfunctions and propose corrective action plans
  • Participate in the evolution of the business IS (needs collection, specifications, tests, deployment)
  • Ensure methodological monitoring to align our practices with industry standards (maintenance, support, logistics)

  • Bac +5 formation
  • Mastery of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, problem solving)
  • Very good knowledge of MCO environments (maintenance, support, system availability)
  • Process design and optimization + performance management (KPI, dashboards)
  • Very good command of Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to industrialize internal tools (templates, macros, methods, repositories)
  • Dynamic, motivated, rigorous
