En tant que Manager, vous vous investirez dans trois dimensions principales : développement commercial & relations clients, recrutement et leadership d’équipe, gestion financière et performance.

Responsabilités:

  • Développement commercial & relations clients: Identifier les prospects par le biais d'une analyse de marché et d’approches directes
  • Prendre contact avec les clients potentiels, organiser des réunions pour présenter notre expertise et générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
  • Gérer et entretenir les comptes existants, en veillant à ce que les relations avec les clients soient solides et satisfaisantes
  • Recrutement et leadership d’équipe: Attirer et recruter les meilleurs talents possédant l'expertise et les compétences adéquates
  • Encadrer et soutenir votre équipe pour l'aider à se développer et à réussir
  • Assurer la réussite des projets et maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction des consultants
  • Gestion financière et performance: Superviser le bien-être et le succès de votre unité opérationnelle
  • Analyser les performances financières et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour optimiser les résultats
  • Diriger les opérations quotidiennes et créer un environnement de travail dynamique pour votre équipe

Exigences:

  • Diplômé(e) d’un Master en commerce ou en ingénierie
  • Expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans une ESN, dont au moins 1 an en CDI
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Bonne connaissance des outils de gestion de projet et des logiciels métiers
  • Esprit structuré, organisé, compétitif, collaboratif et innovant
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant où l’excellence et l’apprentissage continu sont les principaux objectifs
  • Aptitudes avérées en communication et leadership
