Responsabilités

Assurer la prise en charge complète des dossiers événementiels après signature commerciale
Organiser et animer les réunions de coordination internes
Élaborer les rétroplannings et documents opérationnels liés aux événements
Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients, agences et partenaires jusqu'au jour J
Garantir le respect des engagements contractuels, timings et standards de qualité
Anticiper les besoins logistiques et opérationnels des événements
Assurer le lien entre les équipes Commerciales, F&B, Cuisine, Hébergement, Technique, Sécurité et Housekeeping
Superviser le bon déroulement des événements sur site
Veiller à la qualité de l'expérience client et à la fluidité des opérations
Être force de proposition sur l'optimisation des parcours clients et expériences événementielles
