Responsabilités:

Welcome, inform, guide and offer customers services according to their needs (e.g., delivery, assembly, financing)
At checkout, assist customers with recording their purchases and accompany them on processes related to loyalty cards, financing, etc.
Ensure that the customer always has the necessary shopping aids in the store (carts, bags, etc.)
At goods withdrawal/transport, ensure proper control of prepared goods before handing over to the customer or carrier in accordance with procedures
At the after-sales service counter, welcome customers with kindness in the context of the returns/exchanges policy and manage complaints
Welcome children to our play area and animate in compliance with safety rules
Depending on experience at this position, may have the mission to manage the field, in agreement with the manager, according to customer flow (opening/closing of cash registers or counters, necessary reinforcement, taking breaks...)

Exigences:

Available without interruption from 11/08/2025 to 2/03/2026
Likes customer contact and is comfortable approaching them in a friendly and polite manner
Curious and flexible, able to adapt to various tasks related to customer relations (welcome, cash registers, carts, after-sales service, goods exit)
Enjoys teamwork
Is the customer's point of contact for all services
Required skill: Will use various IT systems, after training, to document/follow all internal procedures
Has already worked in Sales or Customer Relations, ideally in a very dynamic environment
