• Welcome, inform, guide and offer customers services according to their needs (e.g., delivery, assembly, financing)
• At checkout, assist customers with recording their purchases and accompany them on processes related to loyalty cards, financing, etc.
• Ensure customers always have purchasing aids in the store (carts, bags for example)
• At merchandise pickup/transport, ensure proper control of prepared merchandise before handing over to customer or carrier in compliance with procedures
• At after-sales service counter, welcome customers with kindness for return/exchange policy and manage complaints
• Welcome children to our play area and animate while respecting safety rules
• Depending on experience, manage the floor according to customer flow (opening/closing checkouts or counters, necessary reinforcements, break management)

• Likes customer contact and comfortable approaching customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Curious and flexible, able to adapt to various customer relations tasks (welcome, checkout, carts, after-sales service, merchandise pickup)
• Appreciates teamwork
• Customer's point of contact for all services
• Required aptitude: Will use various computer systems after training to document/follow all internal procedures
• Previous experience in Sales or Customer Relations, ideally in a very dynamic environment
