Description du poste:

The purpose of this role is to give products a second life while keeping financial results, quality, and safety in mind, with a focus on improving the shopping experience for customers in the Second Life space of the store. The job involves enhancing product value and quality, collaborating with various unit functions, and promoting sustainability in decision-making.

Responsabilités:

Take necessary measures to give products a second life through online or in-store sales, reconditioning or spare parts management
Present IKEA products for sale with pride using sales techniques and setting attractive prices for customers while achieving the best results for the company
Incorporate sustainability impact into decisions related to product value enhancement
Promote product value enhancement, quality and safety awareness within the unit
Collaborate closely with different unit functions to ensure compliance with common work routines and processes related to product quality, safety and value enhancement
Support and perform tasks related to product quality and safety within the unit to continuously improve customers' perception of IKEA product quality

Exigences:

Interest in sales and customer satisfaction
Motivation to give products a second life using efficient solutions
Knowledge of waste management and sustainability principles
Understanding of merchandising techniques to create attractive commercial offerings in-store and online
Ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks for effective organization
Appreciation for teamwork and ability to work independently
Skills in using tools for product assembly and confidence in using IT systems for tracking and documenting activities
