Description du poste:

Logistics employee position at IKEA distribution center dedicated to direct customer delivery. The role involves operating handling equipment, managing merchandise flow, preparing orders, and maintaining safety standards in a large logistics facility.

Responsabilités:

Operate all types of handling equipment
Ensure merchandise is received, stored, prepared and shipped efficiently and optimally while respecting safety and quality rules
Prepare orders by picking packages and applying safety and quality rules
Perform quantitative and qualitative controls of incoming and outgoing goods
Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Perform pallet movements according to defined objectives
Perform manual handling related to logistics activity
Inform team leader of any risks related to safety of people and property
Report any anomalies observed during task execution

Exigences:

Positive and solution-oriented attitude
Dynamic, meticulous, and attentive to safety rules
Teamwork skills but also able to work autonomously
Mastery of French language
Basic mathematics skills
Warehouse/storage training and/or first experience in logistics is a plus
Valid CACES certification facilitates integration (otherwise internal IKEA driving authorization provided)
Up-to-date enhanced medical visit
