Description du poste:

Member of the logistics team actively participating in store restocking and/or order preparation. Working behind the scenes to ensure IKEA products are available to as many people as possible, using supply chain expertise to adapt assortment to storage capacity through forecasts and orders.

Responsabilités:

Participate in optimizing merchandise movements: order preparation, storage and restocking
Prepare customer orders by picking in store and/or warehouse
Control and guarantee stock reliability and optimal availability for customers using IT tools
May use handling equipment
Ensure proper functioning of waste collection and recycling system
Respect all safety rules to prevent accidents

Exigences:

Enthusiastic, rigorous person with attention to detail
Not afraid of physical work
Willing to work staggered hours (including night shifts)
Good communication skills and team spirit
Ability to organize work to optimize available time and take initiative
Previous experience in commercial or logistics environment is a plus
