Description du poste:

As an electrical maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing the availability and smooth operation of electrical production equipment, while meeting reliability, quality, safety and budget targets.

Responsabilités:

Monitor results and take the necessary measures in the event of deviations from objectives
Lead daily technical meetings
Plan and manage equipment preventive and corrective maintenance operations
Set up preventive and predictive maintenance plans to make equipment more reliable
Manage subcontractors (preparation, supervision, follow-up, final acceptance, etc.)
Take part in technical analyses of incidents, and suggest improvements in terms of technical solutions
Take care of validation and qualification procedures for new or repaired equipment
Assess the cost of maintenance work, its scope, complexity and deadlines
Ensure the availability of spare parts and their proper storage
Manage the technical side of procurement (contact with the Purchasing department, price requests, bid analysis, supplier consultation, etc.)
Participate in an on-call role outside working hours (flexibility)

Exigences:

Training in civil or industrial engineering with a focus on electrical, energy
At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
Ability to read electrical drawings, P&ID, etc.
Knowledge of failure mode analysis techniques (FMECA), cause trees, Ishikawa, etc.
Fluency in French (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
