Description du poste

Dans le cadre de la mission de Responsable documentaire, le Salarié assure la bonne gestion de la documentation technique liée aux commandes.

Responsabilités

  • Contribue à l'élaboration et à l'application des lignes directrices relatives à la conception, à l'examen et au stockage de la documentation dans le respect des impératifs de sécurité, d'accessibilité et de bonne distribution de la documentation
  • Assure la gestion documentaire, son processus d'approbation et prépare / met en forme les documents pour signature
  • Procède au contrôle de la documentation par rapport aux requis contractuels et techniques
  • Assure la relation client/Fournisseur et répond aux demandes en terme de documentation et reporting, si nécessaire en lien avec le service technique et qualité
  • Assure le classement et l'archivage des documents
  • Coordonne avec les différents services pour la préparation, la mise à jour des documents
  • S'assure que les contrôles internes relatifs aux procédures sont en place et fonctionnent
  • Etablit et met à jour les tableaux de suivi de la gestion documentaire

Exigences

  • Vous devez être titulaire d'un Bac+3 et avoir au moins 4 années d'expérience
  • Anglais courant (oral et écrit)
  • Maîtrise des outils de bureautique (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat) et de Gestion documentaire
  • Maîtrise Acrobat reader
