Step into a pivotal leadership role as our Director of Revenue Management in vibrant Accra, Ghana. In this crucial position, you will be the architect of our commercial success, driving the organization’s profitability and growth through innovative pricing strategies, dynamic inventory management, and sharp market analysis.
Responsabilités
Develop, implement, and adapt comprehensive revenue strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and overall yield
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make highly precise, data-driven commercial decisions
Masterfully manage inventory and dynamic pricing across all distribution channels to maximize revenue and market share
Partner closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure all commercial strategies are cohesive and effectively executed
Monitor booking pace, produce accurate performance reports, and deliver actionable forecasts to guide senior management
Identify untapped revenue streams, implement forward-thinking solutions, and stay ahead of hospitality industry best practices
Play a central, hands-on role in the annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning processes
Cultivate a high-performing culture by training, mentoring, and guiding team members in core revenue management principles
Exigences
Proven track record as a Director of Revenue Management or in a similar senior commercial role within the hospitality industry
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (an MBA or Master's degree focusing on revenue, finance, economics, or data analytics is highly advantageous)
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable, high-impact strategic decisions
Advanced proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), data analysis and reporting tools, and the Microsoft Office suite
Strong leadership presence with a demonstrated history of effectively managing, mentoring, and inspiring teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategies clearly to senior management and stakeholders
Deep understanding of hospitality market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry trends
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the agility to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing market conditions, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
