Responsabilités

  • Soutenir, encadrer et développer l'équipe financière
  • Entretenir des relations étroites avec les propriétaires de l'hôtel et les auditeurs
  • Aider le directeur général à établir des politiques
  • Fournir un haut niveau en matière de rapports et d'analyses financières
  • Veiller à ce que tous les chèques soient signés par des parties autorisées
  • Préparer un rapport mensuel complet sur les résultats financiers
  • Améliorer les processus et l'efficacité
  • Surveiller, contrôler et enregistrer les ventes, achats, salaires et dépenses
  • Gérer efficacement les coûts de main-d'œuvre
  • Préparer les prévisions et les budgets
  • Examiner quotidiennement la situation de trésorerie
  • Assurer la divulgation correcte des gains/pertes sur actifs
  • S'assurer que les comptes d'amortissement cumulés sont exacts
  • Développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales

Exigences

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion financière
  • Un diplôme en finance ou en gestion de l'accueil est préférable
  • Un niveau courant en français et un niveau avancé d'anglais
  • De solides connaissances en matière de comptabilité résidentielle
  • Compétences avérées en matière de leadership dans un environnement hôtelier
  • Posséder un haut niveau d'intégrité et de transparence
  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles et relationnelles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Supervise daily hotel accounting operations and ensure that the book records are accurate and reflect all transactions
  • To prepare budget forecast and reports as and when required by the management and owners
  • Participate in owners’ and management’s financial meetings
  • Check and ensure that all financial and management reports are completed accurately and submitted on time
  • Create and implement a system of internal accounting controls to ensure that all the transactions are executed in compliance with the internal policies as well as statutory requirements
  • Review monthly hotel performance and generate monthly variance reporting
  • Ensure that the maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll is done properly and accurately
  • Oversee the payroll functions to ensure that ambassadors are remunerated timely and accurately
