You will act as an acquisition leader within the "Land Team" (Acquisition). Your contribution is to establish and develop new partnerships with Mid-Market clients (500 to 5,000 employees) in Quebec who have a limited or zero footprint with Randstad. This role is an investment opportunity focused on multi-specialty growth and future national expansion.
Responsabilités
Developing and executing the action plan to acquire high-potential accounts in the Quebec market
Selling solutions from all Randstad divisions (temp, perm, project, etc.) for complex workforce needs
Negotiating and managing service agreements
Maintaining and analyzing centralized customer intelligence to anticipate their needs and influence their strategic decisions
Assuming complete ownership of relationships with potential accounts and guaranteeing the achievement of gross margin and growth objectives
Acting as a consultant on recruitment strategy and market evolution for decision-makers (CHRO, Operations Directors)
Managing all issues related to agreements and contractual compliance
Coordinating business intelligence with field teams and other Randstad LOBs
Exigences
Significant experience in the Staffing Industry and in selling to Mid-Market clients (500 to 5,000 employees)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM/ATS systems
English and French (oral and written), essential for communicating with anglophone hiring managers and headquarters outside Quebec
Ability to analyze data and structure work (Wonderlic/Cognitive Tests used)
Achieving and exceeding gross margin targets for assigned accounts
Easily establishing good relationships with customers and staff
building wide and effective networks of contacts
Improving or revising programs and methods to ensure a competitive advantage
