Our client, a beautiful national company based in Pays d'Aix, is strengthening its Communication teams. Under the responsibility of the General Management, you will work in direct collaboration with the Heads of the Group's Business Units. The objectives of the position are set with all these company stakeholders. You will work with a Communication Manager and an Acquisition Manager, whom you will manage on a daily basis. The other members of your team will be introduced to you, and you will be involved in future recruitments. Your success will be expected on the increase in the number of B2C customers, the Life time value and the average basket, the development of the Group's brand awareness and image quality, for example. Also on Budget optimization (communication expenses and team costs), Innovation and strength of proposal in the definition and implementation of the B2C Marketing Sales and Communication strategy of the group, etc...
