You will act as the executive leader responsible for the exponential growth and influence of Randstad within our major Strategic Accounts, with an annual revenue goal of $1 million and more. Your contribution is to ensure that Randstad is optimally positioned to influence strategic staffing and recruitment decisions at the highest executive level (CHRO, CIO, CTO, C-Level).
Responsabilités:
Assuming complete ownership of the overall client relationship within designated Strategic Accounts and ensuring the achievement of revenue and gross margin targets
Acting as a national consultant on recruitment strategy (developing an integrated approach)
Managing all contract-related issues, including compliance with confidentiality agreements and unique billing and reporting requirements
Demonstrating innovation and creativity to improve or revise programs, methods, and techniques
Leading executive calls and presentations to develop new revenue streams and introduce other Randstad Lines of Business (LOBs)
Negotiating and managing the initiation of new Master Agreements and multi-year contracts
Coordinating field Account Managers and providing mentorship on advanced client development techniques
Maintaining and analyzing centralized customer intelligence to anticipate their strategic needs
Exigences:
5+ years of demonstrated success in business development or strategic account expansion
Significant experience managing large corporate accounts with substantial financial goals (+$1M annual)
In-depth and demonstrated knowledge of current trends and best practices in the Staffing Industry and client business
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field, or 8 to 10 years of equivalent work experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PPT/Word/Outlook)
Experience with ATS or CRM systems (Bullhorn, Salesforce, etc.) is preferable
Ability to negotiate legal agreements or contracts and manage organizational challenges that have a significant impact on business success
Bilingualism (MANDATORY): English and French (oral and written)
Ability to analyze complex data to identify patterns and make rational judgments (requires sustained mental effort)
Making decisions that may impact account operations or profitability, or the future client relationships/business
Achieving and exceeding gross profit targets from assigned accounts
Improving or revising programs and methods to ensure a competitive advantage
Easily establishing good relationships with customers and staff
building wide and effective networks of contacts
