Our IT Device "Digital Workplace" department within the Operations Directorate is currently looking for a Device Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. The role involves managing our mobile fleet in our stores and logistics sites, as well as maintaining operating systems (OS) and applications in our user service catalog. Integrated into the Digital & Innovation department, you will have the opportunity to work on projects and support operations teams on a daily basis. This position offers close collaboration with various teams, including Architecture, System, Security and Network. It is a unique opportunity to be part of a versatile team and actively contribute to our digital transformation mission.

Responsabilités

  • Perform technological monitoring on your scope and carry out referencing and hardware qualification
  • Manage the administration of our SOTI Cloud MDM and maintain the infrastructure in operational condition
  • Propose sustainable, industrial solutions in line with business needs across all countries
  • Ensure integration studies, solution prototyping, delivery for operational deployment, migration and deployment strategies
  • Administer technical solutions around RFID: Printing, terminals and RFID tag reading devices
  • Write technical and functional documentation necessary for daily operation and administration
  • Collaborate with Architecture, System, Security and Network teams
  • Participate in the evolution and standardization of mobility solutions
  • Provide Level 3 expert support to operations teams
  • Contribute to respecting business service commitments
  • Have technical knowledge on Android OS and also on the following equipment: Zébra printing and mobile, Checkpoint & Zébra RFID antennas, dynamic display
  • Plan each project in compliance with internal rules and manage the quality of actions carried out until commissioning
  • Lead your projects in co-activity with store and logistics departments
  • Participate in project committees and be the privileged interlocutor of teams throughout the project
  • Calculate the investment necessary for the project and ensure budget compliance
  • Participate in the development of the investment plan
