Le/la responsable de département est expert dans la catégorie de produit dont il aura la charge, il/elle supervise une équipe et est responsable d’insuffler un état d’esprit orienté clients afin de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs de son département. Il/elle est un(e) ambassadeur(rice) de la marque, agit de manière proactive et en accord avec les objectifs et process définis par le directeur et son adjoint. Il/elle est responsable du développement de la performance de son équipe grâce à son leadership, sa motivation et ses capacités de coach.

Responsabilités:

  • Met en place des plans d’action définis avec les équipes retail siège et le/la directeur(trice) de la boutique et en assure la réalisation
  • Donne du feedback qualitatif et transmet des reporting très constructifs auprès de ses managers et de son équipe
  • Agit en ambassadeur Balenciaga, soutient et promeut la culture de la marque en interne et en externe
  • S'assure que l'expérience client Balenciaga soit exécutée parfaitement de manière homogène
  • Assure le recrutement, le développement et la rétention des clients, des nouveaux aux VIC
  • Crée et maintient un environnement de travail positif et stimulant
  • Motive et challenge ses managers et son équipe pour atteindre l’excellence
  • Recrute, forme et développe son équipe
  • S’assure que tous les processus sont en conformité avec la loi, les règles de sécurité et de gestion des ressources humaines. S’assure du respect des exigences internes, de l’organisation efficace des stocks et de nos pratiques de développement durable
  • Optimise le planning hebdomadaire et mensuel de l’équipe
  • Propose des améliorations afin d’assurer l’efficacité de son département

Exigences:

  • Sensible aux produits et avez une solide connaissance du marché et des tendances dans le secteur de luxe et de la mode
  • Riche d’une expérience significative en tant que manager dans le retail luxe avec une équipe de 5 personnes minimum
  • Expert en clienteling et disposez d’un solide portefeuille client
  • Adaptable, ouvert d’esprit, à l’écoute, curieux et orienté solution
  • Excellent relationnel et sens du travail en équipe
  • Agile avec les outils digitaux
  • Bilingue anglais, et maîtrisez idéalement une deuxième langue.
