Description du poste:

Delivery Manager for a dynamic and international IT company, the European leader in Salesforce and MuleSoft services, helping clients develop their technological potential.

Responsabilités:

Supervise daily management of assigned projects, from scoping to project closure (supporting teams in development stages
organizing testing, delivery, and production phases
monitoring hypercare period)
Gather and analyze stakeholder needs
Establish schedules for the project team considering various constraints (resources, budgets, risks, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery
Implement appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track project progress
Manage defined budget, resources, and project risks
Create and maintain a lasting and fruitful relationship with our clients
Actively participate, with your project teams, in the integration and analysis of integration platforms for our clients
Contribute to the development of internal templates and processes to optimize working methods and team performance
Identify and secure new growth opportunities for our clientele
Share your project feedback and analyses to continuously improve the quality of our services

Exigences:

Master's degree in a relevant field (business, project management, IT) or equivalent experience of at least 3 years
Mastery of integration platforms and advanced technology projects (Mulesoft, Salesforce, Heroku, Kafka, WSO2, Dell Boomi, etc.)
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent organizational skills, team player capable of federating and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Customer-oriented approach and ability to promote Cap4 Lab solutions
Good command of English, written and oral (B2-C1 level)
Seeking a position in the Paris region
