Description du poste:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist specializing in Speech-to-Text to work with a major client in the banking sector. You will work on Call Analyzer, an innovative project transcribing and analyzing client-advisor calls. The goal is to create a database of calls to optimize compliance, marketing, and business strategies.

Responsabilités:

Develop and optimize Speech-to-Text models using Whisper
implement speaker diarization through Pyannote
improve the quality and accuracy of transcriptions for effective analysis
collaborate with business and IT teams to tailor solutions to the banking sector's needs
participate in technological advancements and propose improvements

Exigences:

Minimum 4 years of experience in STT (Speech-to-Text), Whisper, Pyannote, and Diarization
strong understanding of NLP and AI models applied to audio
knowledge of tools and pipelines for integrating and processing voice data
ability to work on high-value-added and scalable projects
autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset, and sense of service
