Description du poste:

We are looking for a data analyst to support genomic data analysis (bulk RNAseq, Single-cell RNAseq, Spatial transcriptomic) for our client SANOFI. In this role within the 'Disease profiling Genomics and Flow' group, the analyst will be responsible for implementing analytical approaches and will work closely with data generation teams to advance our portfolio.

Responsabilités:

Evaluate and implement analytical methods for bulk, single-cell, and spatial data analysis: data imputation and normalization, deconvolution, cell type/state analysis, cell-to-cell interaction/trajectory inference, reconstruction of cell type-specific interactomes – cellphoneDB
Develop and evaluate pipelines for multi-omics data integration
Proactively engage with project teams to define precise scientific questions
Apply scientific expertise and judgment to initiate, design, direct, and execute experiments and/or studies to support research and/or development projects
Analyze, interpret, and present results

Exigences:

Bac+5 or PhD in fields related to data analysis, statistics, or bioinformatics
Minimum 1 year of experience in research and data analysis (academic or industrial - including internships and apprenticeships)
Expertise in analysis and integration of scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, scBCR/TCR-seq, and CITE-seq datasets
Proficiency in statistical and scripting programming (R/Python/bash)
Knowledge and experience in spatial transcriptomics data analysis (Nanostring DSP and 10x Visium)
Familiarity with standard bioinformatics data analysis methods and reference databases (TCGA/GTEX/Human Cell Atlas)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
