Notre site Airbus Atlantic basé à Rochefort recherche son futur: Customer Support Manager (All Gender). Vous rejoindrez le département Service Après Vente des activités Cabin Interior & Pilot Seats et serez rattaché au Head of Customer Support.

Responsabilités:

  • Répondre aux appels d'offres pour l'activité Support (Calcul GDMC, Contrat support etc…)
  • Proposer, valoriser et négocier la liste de pièces de rechange recommandées
  • Gérer et suivre les 'Commitment letter' (Engagement pris lors de la livraison d'un avion)
  • Réaliser des visites clients et ou des inspections cabine
  • Maintenir un contact régulier et proactif avec les clients dans son portefeuille
  • Formaliser les points à risques ou techniques pour assurer un traitement rapide et efficace (FSEE, SteliaMax, gestion faits techniques, COMODIF…)
  • Réaliser le suivi financier des comptes clients et assurer le recouvrement
  • Participer aux commissions Faits Techniques & Modifications produit
  • Etablir des propositions commerciales d'améliorations produits
  • Gérer les projets de retrofit, de l'élaboration de la Fiche Economique jusqu'à la livraison des Kits
  • Piloter la satisfaction des clients Cabine et participer à l'évaluation de la satisfaction client Sièges Pilotes et à l'amélioration du classement (RATING) AIRBUS par la mise en place d'un plan d'action
  • Participer au développement du chiffre d'affaire et marge en identifiant et proposant de nouveaux services
  • Identifier dans son périmètre l'objectif de chiffre d'affaire et marge (par ex : RSPL client, opportunités services)
  • Piloter et maitriser les coûts de garantie

Exigences:

  • Expérience réussie de plus de 5 ans dans la gestion de projets au sein d'un environnement industriel
  • Maîtrise des outils et méthodes de gestion de projets
  • Expérience en management fonctionnel d'équipes multi métiers
  • Expérience dans la relation clients
  • Français courant
  • Anglais professionnel (niveau B1 minimum)
  • Rigueur, engagement et persévérance
  • Aimer travailler en équipe
