En tant que Customer Support Analyst, vous serez à l’interface entre la relation client et le pôle technique d’iAdvize. Vous participerez à la révolution de l'expérience client avec l'IA Générative.

Responsabilités

  • Diagnostiquer, prioriser et résoudre les incidents techniques rencontrés par nos clients
  • Accompagner l'adoption de la plateforme en fournissant des conseils et bonnes pratiques
  • Suivre et documenter les problématiques techniques
  • Assurer un suivi dédié aux comptes stratégiques
  • Améliorer nos processus internes pour optimiser la gestion des tickets
  • Utiliser l'IA générative au quotidien pour l'analyse, la configuration et le reporting

Exigences

  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en support technique client dans un environnement SaaS et B2B, idéalement dans l'e-commerce
  • Compréhension des requêtes API
  • Expérience avec des outils de monitoring comme Datadog ou Grafana
  • Aisance avec les outils de ticketing (Zendesk, Jira)
  • Maîtrise des technologies comme HTML, CSS, Javascript et SQL
  • Fort intérêt pour l'IA Générative
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à vulgariser des concepts techniques avec pédagogie
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral (niveau >B2)

  • Assurer un onboarding de haute qualité pour nos clients nationaux et internationaux
  • Partager votre expertise BrightAnalytics avec le client en lui fournissant les formations et le support nécessaires
  • Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance (trusted advisor) : vous proposez les solutions les plus adaptées et propulsez leur reporting financier au niveau supérieur
  • Contribuer à la conception et à l'optimisation du processus d'onboarding (y compris le matériel de formation)
