Description du poste:

Réinventer l'expérience d'achat grâce à notre AI Shopping Assistant. Aider les e-commerçants à transformer des sites passifs en expériences d'achat agentiques : intuitives, proactives et capables d'anticiper les besoins des visiteurs. Rattaché au pôle Customer Success, être la·e référent·e Delivery et expertise Produit pour un portefeuille de clients de la BU Rétention, en lien étroit avec les Account Managers afin de garantir le succès de chaque déploiement. Intervenir de l'Onboarding au Run avec un objectif clair : transformer les besoins business en solutions opérationnelles à forte valeur, mesurables et durables.

Responsabilités:

  • Piloter le déploiement des solutions iAdvize : cadrage, configuration, paramétrage et tests
  • Garantir la qualité, les délais et le périmètre des projets clients
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Account Managers et les équipes internes (Product, Engineering, Support)
  • Accompagner les clients dans la prise en main, l'adoption et l'optimisation de la plateforme
  • Traduire les besoins business en solutions opérationnelles, notamment autour des AI Assistants
  • Identifier les risques, proposer des solutions et formuler des recommandations à valeur ajoutée
  • Contribuer à la structuration et à la standardisation des pratiques de delivery
  • Assurer un reporting clair et une documentation fiable dans les outils internes
  • Utiliser l'IA générative au quotidien, pour gagner en efficacité dans l'analyse, la configuration et le reporting

Exigences:

  • Au moins une première expérience réussie en Delivery, implémentation, Customer Solutions ou Consulting dans un environnement SaaS / B2B
  • Être à l'aise avec les enjeux de gestion de projet technique (cadrage, coordination, priorisation)
  • Maîtriser les bases techniques : APIs, intégrations web, balises, widgets, paramétrage de plateformes
  • Savoir analyser un besoin métier et le traduire en solution concrète et mesurable
  • Être rigoureux·se, structuré·e et exigeant·e sur la qualité du Delivery
  • Avoir une communication claire et pédagogique, y compris avec des interlocuteurs non techniques
  • Être proactif·ve, autonome et orienté·e solution
  • Être curieux·se et motivé·e par les usages concrets de l'IA dans ton quotidien professionnel
  • Parler anglais couramment, à l'écrit comme à l'oral (niveau professionnel >B2)
  • >2 ans dans l'accompagnement client sur l'implémentation de solutions digitales, idéalement dans un environnement SaaS / B2B
