Customer Services Agent - French and English

• Certifying bank details for our customers: Your task will be to carefully check and validate banking information. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of the data, while working with various stakeholders to prevent fraud
• Managing incoming requests and ensuring high-quality customer relations: You will be there to answer questions, support customers, and ensure their satisfaction at every stage of the certification process
• Participating in projects to structure and improve the department: Whether reviewing a process or launching a new idea, you will help make our team even more efficient

• You are honest, courteous, enthusiastic, and able to communicate clearly and precisely, both in writing and orally
• You are independent, persistent, and organized
• You are proficient with computers
• Fluent French and English

Proficiency in another foreign language would be a plus
