Description du poste:

En tant que point de contact privilégié après la vente, votre mission principale est d'assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients à travers un suivi opérationnel rigoureux.

Responsabilités:

Gestion commerciale : Élaborer et mettre à jour les offres tarifaires et les cotations
Onboarding : Coordonner l'intégration des nouveaux clients et configurer leurs comptes dans nos outils internes
Suivi opérationnel : Définir les plans de transport, transmettre les instructions aux bureaux étrangers et assurer le suivi des expéditions Import/Export
Relation client : Gérer les réclamations, mettre en place des mesures correctives et réaliser des reportings réguliers
Gestion financière : Garantir la marge de chaque dossier et gérer les limites de crédit clients

Exigences:

Bac+2 minimum (BTS/DUT) en Transport ou Commerce International
Une première expérience en opérations et relation client est requise
Un niveau d'anglais intermédiaire est attendu
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et connaissances en transport international (Incoterms, douane, documentation)
Aisance relationnelle, capacité à gérer la pression, force de proposition et esprit d'analyse
