Description du poste:

En tant que point de contact privilégié après la vente, votre mission principale est d'assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients à travers un suivi opérationnel rigoureux.

Responsabilités:

  • Gestion commerciale : Élaborer et mettre à jour les offres tarifaires et les cotations
  • Onboarding : Coordonner l'intégration des nouveaux clients et configurer leurs comptes dans nos outils internes
  • Suivi opérationnel : Définir les plans de transport, transmettre les instructions aux bureaux étrangers et assurer le suivi des expéditions Import/Export
  • Relation client : Gérer les réclamations, mettre en place des mesures correctives et réaliser des reportings réguliers
  • Gestion financière : Garantir la marge de chaque dossier et gérer les limites de crédit clients

Exigences:

  • Bac+2 minimum (BTS/DUT) en Transport ou Commerce International
  • Une première expérience en opérations et relation client est requise
  • Un niveau d'anglais intermédiaire est attendu
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et connaissances en transport international (Incoterms, douane, documentation)
  • Aisance relationnelle, capacité à gérer la pression, force de proposition et esprit d'analyse
