Le Programme avion commercial A220 est à la recherche d’un Représentant Qualité Client pour rejoindre notre équipe de l’organisation Qualité basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous serez le principal point de liaison entre la Qualité Airbus et nos précieux clients. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Multifonctionnelle d’Acceptation et de Livraison Client responsable de représenter l’organisation Qualité d’Airbus auprès des clients, d’établir des relations de confiance et de gérer la résolution des problèmes de qualité tout au long des phases de production et de livraison des avions.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer la communication client pour tous les sujets liés à la qualité
  • Assurer la gestion des risques des problèmes qualité
  • Coordonner les actions correctives pour améliorer la satisfaction client
  • Gérer toutes les communications clients concernant les sujets liés à la qualité
  • Cultiver et maintenir une relation solide et de confiance avec les clients assignés
  • Définir, prioriser et convenir en collaboration avec les clients des principaux irritants qualité
  • Animer la "Boucle de Rétroaction Client" en collaborant avec des équipes transversales
  • Lancer et/ou coordonner des actions correctives et des projets qualité
  • Assurer une gestion robuste des risques liés à la qualité
  • Favoriser une cohérence inter-sites et inter-programmes des actions
  • Assurer que le CAD MFT est pleinement conscient des problèmes qualité en service
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les stratégies de confinement et de communication

Exigences

  • Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente)
  • Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie manufacturière, l’expérience dans l’aérospatiale étant un atout majeur
  • Capacité avérée à établir et maintenir des relations clients solides
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et relations interpersonnelles
  • Solides capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • Familiarité avec les processus de fabrication aéronautique et les normes de qualité est fortement souhaitable
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires
  • Vous avez la capacité de travailler sous pression et de respecter les délais
  • Vous avez du leadership, de l’autonomie, la capacité de travailler en équipe ainsi que du professionnalisme
  • Vous avez un esprit logique et flexible avec un sens de l’initiative et une attention aux détails
  • Le bilinguisme pour la communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français est requis
  • Vous aurez à faire preuve d’une grande disponibilité pendant certaines périodes incluant les livraisons

  • Serve as the primary contact for requests from Western Canada (Vancouver/Taber) sites after 4:30 PM EST
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and communications
  • Participate in any other related tasks as requested by the team or management.
