EMAsphere est un éditeur de logiciels SaaS spécialisé dans la gestion de la performance financière et opérationnelle. Notre plateforme cloud aide les décideurs à piloter leur entreprise avec confiance grâce à une vision claire et centralisée de leurs données.

Responsabilités:

  • Implémenter la solution EMAsphere chez nos clients
  • Analyser les besoins business et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Former les utilisateurs et assurer un support de qualité
  • Créer et maintenir la documentation et les supports de formation
  • Soutenir l’équipe Sales et nos partenaires (démos, présentations, avant-vente)
  • Contribuer à l’évolution du produit via vos retours terrain

Exigences:

  • Bachelier ou Master (finance, comptabilité, contrôle de gestion ou équivalent)
  • 3–4 ans d’expérience en Customer Management ou implémentation de logiciels (SaaS / finance)
  • Très bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication (orale & écrite)
  • À l’aise dans un environnement data-driven et technologique
  • Français & anglais courants
  • Orienté·e client et solution
  • Esprit d’équipe et autonomie
  • Attitude positive, proactive et dynamique

Souhaitable:

Le néerlandais est un vrai plus
