En tant que Customer Manager, vous rejoignez notre équipe Services et prenez en charge un portefeuille de clients situés en Wallonie, Luxembourg et France. Votre rôle va bien au-delà du support ou de l’implémentation : vous êtes un véritable partenaire stratégique pour vos clients. Vous les accompagnez dans l’évolution de leur reporting, identifiez des opportunités d’optimisation et veillez à ce qu’ils tirent un maximum de valeur de la solution EMAsphere sur le long terme. Vous intervenez sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée, mêlant finance, data, BI et relation client, au cœur d’une SaaS scale-up en pleine croissance.

Responsabilités:

  • Piloter des projets post-implémentation
  • Analyser les besoins additionnels des clients et piloter la mise en place de nouvelles fonctionnalités
  • Évaluer la situation existante chez le client afin de proposer des solutions innovantes via EMAsphere
  • Intervenir comme expert sur des projets impliquant des traitements de données opérationnelles complexes
  • Assurer un suivi stratégique & la satisfaction client
  • Maintenir un contact régulier et proactif avec votre portefeuille de clients
  • Analyser l’utilisation de la plateforme et proposer des améliorations concrètes (nouveaux dashboards, KPI, évolutions)
  • Garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction afin de construire des relations durables et de confiance
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Sales & partenaires
  • Accompagner les équipes commerciales et les partenaires lors de démonstrations avancées ou d’explications produit
  • Analyser la faisabilité opérationnelle et financière des projets lorsque vous êtes sollicité(e) en phase de pre-sales
  • Déployer votre expertise BI & produit
  • Modéliser des données et concevoir des reportings avancés à forte valeur ajoutée
  • Réaliser ou accompagner des analyses de données et requêtes (SQL, API, etc.) pour faciliter l’intégration dans EMAsphere
  • Collecter les feedbacks clients et les transmettre à l’équipe Produit afin d’influencer la roadmap

Exigences:

  • Master ou Bachelier en gestion, finance, comptabilité ou informatique de gestion
  • Expérience en logiciels financiers, contrôle de gestion, consultance BI ou environnement data-driven
  • Solide expertise en analyse et modélisation de données
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et très bon niveau en anglais
  • Très bonnes compétences en communication, organisation et analyse
  • Orienté(e) client, rigoureux(se), dynamique et profondément team player
