Ton meilleur job, leurs meilleures vacances ! Au sein de l'équipe Marketing Stratégique et Expérience Client, tu seras la boussole de notre stratégie. Ton rôle ? Transformer une galaxie de données clients diverses en évidences stratégiques. Tu n'es pas là pour "coder" des algorithmes toute la journée, mais pour faire parler la donnée (quelle qu'elle soit) afin d'éclairer nos décisions et de placer le client au centre de tout ce que nous entreprenons.

Responsabilités

  • Exploitation du RCU pour analyser les comportements (achats, parcours, démographie) et identifier des segments à fort potentiel
  • Pilotage des indicateurs de satisfaction (NPS, CSAT) et transformation des verbatims en plans d'actions concrets
  • Réalisation de benchmarks et d'analyses de marché pour anticiper les tendances
  • Décorticage des stratégies des concurrents
  • Définition des besoins pour créer des dashboards pertinents avec l'équipe Data
  • Data Storytelling clair pour permettre d'agir

Exigences

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience
  • Master, Bac+5
  • Bac+4/5 écoles de commerce, d'ingénieur et universités, avec des spécialisations pertinentes
  • Maitrise de l'anglais oral et écrit
  • 3 ans d'expérience minimum
