Êtes-vous prêt(e) à transformer l'industrie du bien-être en entreprise avec nous ? Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Customer Experience and Project Manager pour rejoindre notre mission chez EGYM Wellpass et révolutionner l'accès des collaborateurs aux activités sportives et de bien-être. Dans ce rôle, vous serez essentiel(le) à la croissance de notre réseau de partenaires en identifiant, engageant et fidélisant des salles de sport et centres de bien-être, tout en développant des relations solides et durables avec eux.

Responsabilités:

  • Onboarding et Formation Partenaires (Enablement) : Vous concevez et animez les parcours d'intégration des nouveaux partenaires (webinaires, tutoriels vidéos, emails automatisés) pour garantir leur autonomie sur nos outils (portail, systèmes de réservation).
  • Communication et Marketing Partenaire (1:many) : En collaboration avec l'équipe Marketing et en vous inspirant du modèle global, vous contribuez à la création et à la diffusion de contenus réguliers (newsletters, portail marketing, articles de blog). Vous soutenez également la visibilité de nos partenaires à travers des initiatives marketing (ex: promotions Instagram).
  • Rétention et Croissance : Vous gérez des campagnes proactives de réactivation (partenaires inactifs, opportunités manquées) et suivez les retours ainsi que la satisfaction de nos partenaires (Net Promoter Score) pour réduire le taux de résiliation (Churn).
  • Événementiel et Animation de l'Écosystème : Vous participez à l'organisation d'événements dédiés à nos partenaires (webinaires d'information, événements de networking digitaux et support sur l'organisation d'événements physiques) pour créer de l'engagement, renforcer l'écosystème et générer de nouveaux leads.
  • Support Opérationnel et CRM : Vous qualifiez et enrichissez la qualité des données dans notre CRM Salesforce (contacts clés, décideurs) pour permettre des campagnes ciblées, et accompagnez les équipes sur des projets de back-office.
  • Coordination Internationale : Vous échangez de manière régulière avec l'équipe Partner Success Manager DACH (Allemagne/Autriche) pour partager, aligner et adopter les meilleures pratiques.
  • Aide à la Vente : En support de nos experts métiers, vous créez les supports d'aide à la vente (whitepapers, flyers, one pagers, case studies) et communiquer sur les nouvelles signatures pour booster la satisfaction de nos partenaires dès le démarrage.
  • Ambassadeur "Partner to Partner" : Vous portez et évangélisez notre programme de parrainage existant pour inciter nos partenaires actuels à devenir nos meilleurs apporteurs d'affaires.

Exigences:

  • Vous êtes en Master en école de commerce ou équivalent, avec une première expérience réussie en stage (idéalement en Account Management, Customer Success, ou Marketing B2B).
  • Rigueur : Vous travaillez avec précision et organisation.
  • Relationnel : Vous êtes à l'aise pour échanger avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Curiosité et Proactivité : Vous êtes force de proposition pour créer des contenus pertinents et améliorer continuellement les processus d'accompagnement.
  • Esprit d'équipe : Vous appréciez collaborer avec vos collègues et interagir avec des équipes transverses (Ops, Marketing, Partner Sales, PSM DACH) pour atteindre les objectifs communs.
  • Sens Business : Vous savez identifier les cibles prioritaires et comprenez l'importance de la satisfaction client pour créer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Créativité & Qualités rédaction : Vous avez une appétence pour le contenu (écrit et visuel). Vous savez transformer une information complexe en un support original, esthétique et mémorable, quel que soit le canal (email, flyer, blog ou événement).
