Description du poste:

Directement rattaché·e au Key User et au sein de la Direction Administrative & Financière, tu seras le point d’entrée structurant entre les équipes opérationnelles, les fonctions administratives et les interlocuteurs externes.

Responsabilités:

  • Gestion du front office administratif: réceptionner et centraliser les demandes via l’outil de ticketing, analyser, qualifier et catégoriser les tickets, prioriser les demandes, assurer un accusé de réception, garantir la bonne orientation des demandes, réceptionner et qualifier les appels téléphoniques
  • Traitement des demandes de niveau 0 et 1: traiter directement les demandes simples, résoudre rapidement une partie des demandes
  • Coordination du traitement des demandes: assigner les tickets aux équipes concernées et assurer le suivi de traitement, relancer les interlocuteurs internes, identifier les situations bloquantes et escalader les sujets sensibles ou urgents, s’assurer de la clôture effective des tickets
  • Suivi de la qualité de service: veiller au respect des délais de réponse, garantir une communication claire et professionnelle, maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction des utilisateurs internes et externes

Exigences:

  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement administratif, support ou coordination, idéalement au sein d’une structure en croissance
  • Diplômé·e Bac +2 à Bac +4 en gestion administrative, gestion ou support opérationnel
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et à l’aise avec les outils digitaux
  • Connaissance d’un outil de ticketing est un vrai plus
  • Excellente capacité de priorisation et de gestion d’un volume important de sollicitations simultanées
  • Vrai sens du service et de solides qualités de communication écrite et orale
  • Qualités : réactivité, rigueur, fiabilité, diplomatie et proactivité
